Susan Morris - DJM
Susan started up and runs a Scottish business producing fruit cordials, fudges and apple juice. Susan holds a BSc. Honours degree in Science and Management, a BA (Econ) Honours degree, a Masters plus a Ph.D. in Human Nutrition. In her local communities, Susan actively supports Forth Valley Orchards and serves as a Zero Waste Scotland volunteer.
Susan Morris grows fruit and vegetables naturally and finessed her practical skills in commercial Orchard Care and Management with Scotland's Centre for Production Horticulture, Elmwood College. Susan's book for the British backyard orchardist is published in summer 2012.
